我老公挺愛做菜的。今天他做的是墨西哥牛肉玉米捲餅。
首先是配料:酪梨沙拉醬,番茄,香菜,萊姆以及墨西哥辣椒。
然後是玉米餅,以及加了許多香料的牛肉。
Voila! 好好吃喔,可是這道菜熱量可不低喔!
以下是我老公的食譜
1.5 avacodo mashed ㄧ個半的酪梨攪泥
some lime juice 些許的萊姆汁
some sea salt 些許的海鹽
some finely chopped red onion (not much) 紅洋蔥末
some finely chopped tomato (not much) 番茄丁
some finely chopped cilantro. 香菜
Steak
~1.5 pounds of flank steak 1.5磅牛腹肉
浸泡料
- lime juice from a lime 萊姆汁
- chopped jalepeno 墨西哥脆椒
- chopped cilantro 香菜
(key is the lime juice as the acid will help tenderize the meat)
把肉浸在這些原料中幾小時,萊姆中的酸會使牛肉變軟。
slice into thin strips across the grain 切成細條
Saute some oil and red onion for 5-10 minutes 下鍋炒紅洋蔥五到十分鐘
Add meat at medium heat and saute + some chili powder + a little Cumin + a little Cayenne 加肉、辣粉,歐蒔蘿,Cayenne (ㄧ種香料)用中火炒
turn to low heat and let it keep warm 轉成小火直到牛肉成半熟或全熟
this meat should be medium to well done
there will be a fair amount of liquid and it's okay to let it simmer in the liquid to absorb more flavor 此時應有一些醬汁剩下,可以用小火讓肉把醬汁完全吸收
